Leuze BCB G30 H47 L100 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in industrial automation systems, compatible with BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems. It features a grid dimension of 30 mm, tape height of 47 mm, and length of 100,000 mm, with mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (e.g., diesel oil, heptane, white spirit at 23°C over 24 h), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance. The tape uses acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surface, with operational ambient temperature range of -40 to 120°C and recommended processing temperature of 10 to 25°C; surface protected by matt polyester and produced via digital printing.
