Leuze BCB G30 H47 L200 bar code tape features a 30 mm grid dimension and 47 mm height, designed for precise positioning in Leuze bar code positioning systems including BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series. The tape uses digital printing on a polyester surface with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness), offering resistance to moisture, chemicals (diesel oil, heptane, white spirit), scratches, UV, and wiping, with an operational temperature range of -40 to 120 °C. It bonds to clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces after 72-hour curing at recommended processing temperatures of 1025 °C.
