The Leuze BCB G40 H25 L010 is a standard bar code tape designed for the BPS 300i series bar code positioning system, providing precise positioning over extended distances. It features dimensions of 25 mm height x 10,000 mm length with a 40 mm grid dimension, utilizing digital printing on a polyester surface protected by acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness). The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, with operational ambient temperatures from -40 to 120 °C and chemical resistance to diesel oil, transformer oil, and white spirit after 72-hour curing. Suitable for application on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces at 045 °C processing temperature (recommended 1025 °C), it supports industrial automation tasks requiring high wear resistance along travel paths, curves, and radii.
