The Leuze BCB G40 H25 L040 is a standard self-adhesive bar code tape designed for precise positioning in the BPS 300i series and BPS 8 series bar code positioning systems. It features a 25 mm height, 40 mm grid dimension, and acrylate adhesive with 0.1 mm strength, applied via digital printing on a polyester matt surface. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (e.g., diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 120 °C and full curing in 72 hours.
