Leuze BCB G40 H25 L080 bar code tape is a standard self-adhesive polyester tape designed for precise positioning in Leuze BPS 300i and BPS 8 series bar code positioning systems. It features a 40 mm grid dimension, 25 mm height, and 80 m length, with digital printing for reliable barcode reading over extended distances. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (e.g., diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 120 °C and acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) that cures in 72 hours on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces.
