The Leuze BCB G40 H47 L030 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning with the BPS 300i series bar code positioning system. It features a 47 mm height, 40 mm grid dimension, and 30 m length, with a polyester matte surface protected by acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) for reliable adhesion on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (e.g., diesel oil, transformer oil, white spirit at 23°C over 24 h), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance, supporting operational temperatures from -40°C to 120°C and processing from 0°C to 45°C (recommended 1025°C).
