The Leuze BCB G40 H47 L040 is a standard barcode tape designed for the BPS 300i series bar code positioning system. This 40-meter tape features a 40 mm grid dimension and 47 mm height, manufactured using filmsetting technology with a matte polyester surface protection. The tape combines durable acrylate adhesive with multi-directional environmental resistance including moisture, UV, chemical, scratch, and wipe protection, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications across a wide temperature range from -40 to 120 °C. Installation requires clean, dry, grease-free surfaces and allows processing between 045 °C (optimal at 1025 °C), with full adhesive cure achieved in 72 hours.
