The Leuze BCB G40 H47 L060 is a standard self-adhesive bar code tape designed for precise positioning in bar code positioning systems, compatible with BPS 300i and BPS 8 series sensors. It features a 40 mm grid dimension, 47 mm tape height, and 60,000 mm length, with a polyester matt surface protected against moisture, chemicals (diesel oil, transformer oil, white spirit), scratches, UV light, and salt spray. The acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) bonds to clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces, supporting operational temperatures from -40 to 120 °C after 72-hour curing, and processing from 0 to 45 °C (recommended 10-25 °C).
