The Leuze BCB G40 H47 L070 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in the BPS 300i series bar code positioning systems. It features a 47 mm height and 70 m length with a 40 mm grid dimension, utilizing digital printing on a polyester surface protected by a matt finish and acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness). The tape exhibits robust mechanical properties including moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, with chemical compatibility to diesel oil, transformer oil, and white spirit (tested at 23 °C over 24 h); it operates in ambient temperatures from -40 to 120 °C after 72 h curing and applies to clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces at 045 °C (recommended 1025 °C).
