Leuze BCB G40 H47 L080 is a standard self-adhesive bar code tape designed for precise positioning in BPS 300i series bar code positioning systems, enabling millimeter-accurate measurements over extended distances. It features a 40 mm grid dimension, dimensions of 47 mm height x 80 m length, and acrylate adhesive with 0.1 mm strength, produced via digital printing on a matt polyester surface. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (e.g., diesel oil, transformer oil, white spirit at 23°C over 24 h), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance, with an operational ambient temperature range of -40 to 120°C and processing temperature of 0 to 45°C (recommended 10 to 25°C). Ideal for demanding manufacturing environments requiring reliable, durable barcode tracks on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces along straight or curved paths.
