The Leuze BCB G40 H47 L120 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in the BPS 300i series and BPS 8 series bar code positioning systems. It features a 40 mm grid dimension, dimensions of 47 mm height x 120,000 mm length, and a matte polyester surface with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) that cures in 72 hours. The tape exhibits robust mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (to diesel oil, transformer oil, white spirit at 23°C over 24h), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance, with an operational ambient temperature range of -40°C to 120°C and suitability for clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces applied at 045°C (recommended 1025°C).
