Leuze BCB G40 H47 ML A marker labels feature dimensions of 47 mm x 40 mm with a 40 mm grid dimension and AA1 encoding for reliable identification in automated systems. These labels utilize acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth base, with polyester matt surface protection, offering moisture, partial chemical (diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit), scratch, UV, and wipe resistance. They operate across -40 to 120 °C ambient temperature, with processing from 0 to 45 °C (recommended 10 to 25 °C) and 72-hour curing time, suitable for harsh industrial environments including humidity and salt spray exposure (150 h/5%).
