Leuze BCB G40 H47 ML D marker labels feature dimensions of 47 mm height x 40 mm length with a 40 mm grid dimension, designed for precise positioning in barcode systems such as Leuze BPS series optical positioners. These labels use DD1 encoding and employ digital printing on polyester matt surface with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength), offering moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, plus tolerance to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit after 72-hour curing. They operate reliably from -40 to 120 °C, with processing recommended at 1025 °C on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces, and conform to ECLASS 27280192 and ETIM EC003015 classifications.
