Leuze BCB G40 H47 ML G marker labels are designed for precise identification in industrial automation systems, featuring 47 mm x 40 mm dimensions and a 40 mm grid for compatibility with Leuze barcode positioning systems like BPS series. These labels use GG1 encoding on a red background, with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) that bonds to clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces after 72-hour curing. They offer robust mechanical properties including moisture, partial chemical (diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit), scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, plus salt spray fog tolerance (150 h/5%), operating from -40 to 120 °C.
