The Leuze DCR 202i FIX-L1-102-R3-F001 is a compact, stationary camera-based code reader designed for industrial 1D and 2D barcode decoding applications. Equipped with a CMOS Global Shutter imaging sensor, this device achieves a maximum reading distance of 360 mm with decoding performance up to 6 m/s, making it suitable for moderate-speed conveyor and fixed-position scanning environments. The reader supports a comprehensive range of barcode formats including Code 128, DataMatrix, EAN, and various stacked codes.
Connectivity is provided via variously coded M12 connectors: a 12-pin A-coded connector for 24 VDC power supply, switching inputs/outputs, and RS 232/RS 422 serial communication, and a 4-pin D-coded connector for Ethernet integration. The device operates as a standalone unit with individual IP address in an Ethernet star topology and includes configurable switching inputs and outputs for process integration. Integrated red LED illumination and a green feedback LED enable visual status monitoring without external lighting or software. The industrial design provides IP 65 protection per EN 60529, with diverse M4 mounting threads on rear and side surfaces for flexible installation. Configuration and parameter adjustment are managed through webConfig, a web-based tool requiring no additional software installation, with automatic teach functions for exposure time and code type recognition.
