Product Description
The Leuze DCR 202i FIX-L1-102-R3-G is a stationary camera-based 2D-code reader designed for reliable decoding of bar codes, stacked codes, and DataMatrix formats across packaging, mounting, and analysis applications. Equipped with a 1280 × 960 pixel monochrome sensor and integrated red LED illumination, it delivers consistent performance across a 50220 mm reading distance with L1 optics configured for medium- to long-range capture. The unit operates from 1830 V DC at approximately 8 W average consumption, features polarity reversal and short-circuit protection, and communicates via RS 232, RS 422, or Ethernet through variously coded M12 connectors. It includes one digital switching input and output (with two additional selectable input/output channels), MOSFET switching elements rated to 100 mA, and achieves IP 65 protection in standard housing (IP 67/69K with optional stainless steel enclosure). Mounting flexibility is provided through M4 threads on rear and side surfaces, while web-based configuration (webConfig) and integrated teach functions enable intuitive setup without additional software.
