The Leuze DCR 202i FIX-U2-102-R3-F001 is a stationary 2D-code reader with ultra high density (U2) optics optimized for very close-range reading of modulus sizes from 0.19 to 0.5 mm, featuring a monochrome camera, electronic shutter (0.0685 ms), and red LED illumination. It operates on 1830 V DC with average power consumption of 8 W, includes 2 NPN digital switching inputs and 2 NPN transistor outputs (max. 100 mA, GND switching), and supports RS 232/RS 422 (up to 115,200 Bd) plus Ethernet interfaces via M12 connectors (12-pin A-coded for power/data/SWIO, 4-pin D-coded for config/Ethernet). The cubic metal/plastic housing (43 x 61 x 44 mm, 120 g, silver) offers IP65/IP67 protection, M4 mounting threads, 310 LEDs for status/feedback, web-based configuration, and operation from 050 °C, suitable for packaging, handling, and testing machines requiring precise close-range code decoding.
