The Leuze DCR 248i FIX-L2-102-R3 is a stationary 2D code reader from the DCR 200i series, equipped with a CMOS global shutter chip for reliable reading of 1D and 2D codes, including DPM, at distances of 200-1000 mm. It features a red LED light source, 1.3 megapixel resolution (1080x1280), frame rate up to 120 fps, and interfaces including RS 232, RS 422, Ethernet, and PROFINET for seamless integration into industrial automation systems. The compact aluminum housing measures 44 x 53 x 29 mm, offers IP64 protection, polarity reversal and short-circuit protection, and mounts via 2x M3 threads or BT DCR 100 device. Suitable for applications like traceability in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, and quality control on components with small codes.
