The DCR 248i FIX-M1-102-R3-G is a stationary 2D-code reader from Leuze's DCR 200i series, engineered for high-speed automated reading of 1D codes, stacked codes, and 2D formats including QR codes and Data Matrix codes. Featuring a CMOS Global Shutter chip, this device delivers reliable decoding performance in industrial environments with a reading distance range of approximately 40360 mm and object speeds up to 7 m/s. The M1 optics configuration provides medium-density reading capability, while the integrated glass pane protects the optical path. The reader features dual LED indicators (red illumination for the read field, green feedback for successful reads), IP 65 protection rating, and diverse mounting options with M12 connections for power, serial communications (RS 232/RS 422), switching I/O, and Ethernet connectivity. Configuration is simplified through the integrated webConfig software tool, eliminating the need for separate configuration applications, and intuitive control buttons enable operation without a PC.
