The Leuze DCR 248i FIX-U2-102-I3-G is a stationary 2D-code reader from the DCR 200i series, featuring a CMOS monochrome camera with 1280 x 960 pixel resolution for reading 1D and 2D codes including DataMatrix, QR, PDF417, and GS1 Databar at modulus sizes of 0.10.25 mm. It offers an ultra-high density (U2) fixed-focus optic with a reading distance of 4075 mm, infrared LED illumination, and pulsed transmitted signal for reliable detection in industrial environments. Electrical specifications include 1830 V DC supply (average 8 W consumption), one digital switching input and output (MOSFET, 100 mA max, +24 V switching), and two selectable I/O channels; interfaces support RS 232 (up to 115.2 kBd), RS 422, and Ethernet for process data transmission.
