The BCB G30 H47 ML A is a digitally printed marker label with dimensions of 47 mm × 30 mm and a 30 mm grid dimension, designed for use with Leuze bar code positioning systems. These labels feature robust mechanical properties including moisture, UV, chemical, and scratch resistance, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments ranging from 40 °C to 120 °C. The acrylate adhesive provides reliable adhesion on clean, dry, and grease-free surfaces, with a 72-hour curing time at recommended processing temperatures of 1025 °C.
The labels meet demanding operational requirements with resistance to humidity, salt spray fog (150 h/5%), UV light, and exposure to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit. The polyester matte surface protection ensures durability against wipe wear and maintains visibility in varied lighting conditions. Processing temperature range of 045 °C accommodates flexible installation workflows in controlled and field environments.
