Leuze PRK5B.M1/4X-200-M8 Polarized retro-reflective photoelectric sensor is a compact, M8-connected device optimized for reliable object detection on conveyors, machining cells, and packaging lines. It features polarized retro-reflective sensing with a 200 mm range, 3-wire DC operation (1030 VDC), and robust IP67-rated housing for harsh environments. The sensor supports configurable output (PNP/NPN) and typical current consumption in the tens of milliamps, with a high noise immunity and background suppression to maintain stable sensing across targets with varying reflectivity. Mounting is via standard M4/M5 hardware or integral adjustable brackets, and the M8 connector allows straightforward cable or inline wiring. Suitable for standard conductor types (1426 AWG) and common panel mounting, its appropriate for automation tasks requiring reliable detection of reflective surfaces, such as packaging seals, labels, and metal workpieces.
