• Complete robot check of UR5e/UR7e, including mechanical, electrical, and safety-relevant functions.​

• Firmware update and shunt calibration of PCBs, with exchange of defective boards when required.​

• Cleaning of all encoders to restore precise joint feedback, with replacement of any defective encoder units.​

• Exchange of defective wires and connectors to ensure stable power and signal integrity throughout the robot arm.​

• Exchange of all seals on the robot to help maintain IP rating and protect internal components from dust and contaminants.​

• Exchange of defective gears in any joint to restore smooth motion and original repeatability.​

• Repair of controller box and Teach Pendant where defects are found, including relevant internal electronics.​

• Full joint self‑test performed on all joints to verify torque, position, and communication.​
