The Schneider Electric KCF2PZ is a TeSys Vario operating handle and front plate assembly designed for use with TeSys Vario V3 and V4 switch-disconnector bodies. It features a red padlockable rotary handle paired with a yellow 60×60mm front plate, providing clear visual identification for main switch and emergency-stop switch-disconnector assemblies per international safety color standards.
The handle supports 1 to 3 padlocks (with shank diameters of 48mm, ordered separately) for lockout/tagout (LOTO) compliance, and is secured to the enclosure door with a 4-screw fixing method. The front plate includes IO (on/off) position indicators and provides IP65 protection (NEMA Type 1 and 12) at the mounting point, ensuring reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
The KCF2PZ operates the V3 or V4 switch body either through direct attachment or via a shaft extension (ordered separately), offering flexibility for various enclosure depths and OEM panel designs. Door thickness compatibility ranges from 48mm (0.160.31 inches).
This handle assembly is part of the comprehensive TeSys Vario range of safety switch-disconnectors for motor isolation and control up to 175A (90 kW at 400V).
