The SensoPart FT 55-RLAP-5-PNSUL-L5 Distance Sensor is engineered for precise measurement and control tasks across a wide range of object surfaces, even at long scanning distances. Utilizing advanced time-of-flight technology, this sensor offers stable and accurate distance measurement, accommodating tilted objects and bright, reflective backgrounds with ease. Its compact design ensures seamless integration into various systems, while the invertible analogue characteristic (QA) and window mode (Q) provide high flexibility for diverse applications.
Installation and operation are simplified through external teach-in, and the clearly visible laser light spot (class 1) ensures easy alignment with full eye safety. The sensor operates within a working distance of 0.1 to 5 meters, with a resolution of 5 mm and repeatability of 7 mm. It features a robust enclosure rating of IP67/IP69K, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor supports IO-Link interface and offers a PNP/NPN auto-detect switching output, with a single switching output available.
With a temperature range of -40 to +60°C and a temperature drift of 2 mm/K, the SensoPart FT 55-RLAP-5-PNSUL-L5 is designed to perform reliably under varying conditions.
