The SMC 13-MXS25-20A is a clean room specification air slide table from the MXS series with the largest commonly listed 25mm bore. Part number decoded: MXS = MXS series, 25 = 25mm bore, 20 = 20mm stroke, A = A-port. This is the base unit without auto-switch, providing maximum MXS force in a short-stroke configuration.
At 25mm bore, the MXS generates approximately 29N at 0.6 MPa the highest force in the standard MXS range. The short 20mm stroke creates a high-force, compact-travel slide table for precision pressing, short-stroke clamping, and contact force applications.
