The SMC CDQ2A80-100DMZ-M9BAVZ CQ2 Z Series Compact Cylinder is a versatile and space-saving solution for your pneumatic needs. This innovative cylinder features a compact body design, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. The CQ2 Z Series now includes sizes 4, 6, and 10, expanding its lineup from 4 to 200.
This cylinder is designed for convenience and efficiency, allowing small auto switches to be mounted on four surfaces, with two surfaces available for sizes 12 to 25. The auto switch is seamlessly integrated with no projection, ensuring a sleek and unobtrusive profile.
In addition to its compact design, the cylinder is lighter in weight, with a reduction of 5 to 13% compared to the existing CQ2 series. This makes it easier to handle and install. The product also includes added pivot brackets for double clevis and compact type foot brackets, providing flexibility in mounting options.
For added convenience, part numbers with rod end brackets and/or mounting bolts are available, eliminating the need to order a bracket separately for the applicable cylinder. The CQ2 Z Series is compatible with a range of auto switch options, including Series CDQ2: CDQ2, CDQ2W, CDQ2K, CDQ2KW, CDQP2, CDQ2 S, and CDBQ2, ensuring it meets a variety of application requirements.
