The SMC CDQ2A80-100DMZ-M9BWVL CQ2 Z Series Compact Cylinder is a versatile and efficient solution for your pneumatic needs. The CQ2 Z Series now includes sizes 4, 6, and 10, expanding its lineup from 4 to 200.
One of the standout features of this cylinder is its ability to accommodate small auto switches on four surfaces, with no projection of the auto switch, ensuring a sleek and unobtrusive design. For sizes 12 to 25, auto switches can be mounted on two surfaces. The cylinder is also lighter in weight, with a reduction of 5 to 13% compared to the existing CQ2 series, enhancing its ease of use and installation.
Additionally, the cylinder comes with added pivot brackets for double clevis and compact type foot brackets, providing more mounting options. Part numbers with rod end bracket and/or mounting bolt are available, eliminating the need to order a bracket separately for the applicable cylinder. The CQ2 Z Series is compatible with a range of auto switches, including Series CDQ2: CDQ2, CDQ2W, CDQ2K, CDQ2KW, CDQP2, CDQ2 S, and CDBQ2, offering flexibility and adaptability for various applications.
