The SMC CDQ2B180-100DCMZ-M9PSAPC CQ2 Z Series Compact Cylinder is a versatile and space-saving solution for your pneumatic needs. This innovative cylinder features a compact body design, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. The CQ2 Z Series now includes sizes 4, 6, and 10, expanding its lineup from 4 to 200.
This cylinder is designed for convenience and efficiency, allowing small auto switches to be mounted on four surfaces, with two surfaces available for sizes 12 to 25. The auto switch is seamlessly integrated with no projection, ensuring a sleek and unobtrusive profile.
In addition to its compact design, the CQ2 Z Series is lighter in weight, with a reduction of 5 to 13% compared to the existing CQ2 series. This makes it easier to handle and install, while still maintaining robust performance.
For added flexibility, the series includes pivot brackets for double clevis and compact type foot brackets. Part numbers with rod end bracket and/or mounting bolt are available, eliminating the need to order a bracket separately for the applicable cylinder.
The CQ2 Z Series also supports auto switch options, including Series CDQ2: CDQ2, CDQ2W, CDQ2K, CDQ2KW, CDQP2, CDQ2 S, and CDBQ2, providing a comprehensive solution for various applications.
