The SMC CDQ2B80-75DCMZ-M9BASBPC CQ2 Z Series Compact Cylinder is a versatile and space-saving solution for your pneumatic needs. This innovative cylinder features a compact body design, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. The lineup now includes sizes 4, 6, and 10, expanding the range from 4 to 200.
One of the standout features of this cylinder is its ability to accommodate small auto switches on four surfaces, with two surfaces available for sizes 12 to 25, ensuring no projection of the auto switch. This design not only saves space but also reduces the overall weight by 5 to 13% compared to the existing CQ2 series, making it a lighter and more efficient option.
Additionally, the cylinder comes with added pivot brackets for double clevis and compact type foot brackets, providing more flexibility in mounting options. Part numbers with rod end brackets and/or mounting bolts are available, eliminating the need to order a bracket separately for the applicable cylinder.
The CQ2 Z Series also includes an auto switch, with options from the CDQ2 series such as CDQ2, CDQ2W, CDQ2K, CDQ2KW, CDQP2, CDQ2 S, and CDBQ2, ensuring compatibility and ease of integration into your existing systems.
