The SMC IZT42-64D36H-3BU is a versatile ionizer from the IZT41/42 Series, designed for efficient static electricity neutralization. The bar type ionizer boasts compact dimensions with a height of 37 mm and width of 30 mm, while the nozzle type measures 16 mm in thickness, 53 mm in width, and 32 mm in height. Capable of controlling up to four ionizers with a single controller, it ensures rapid static neutralization with a maximum speed of 0.1 seconds and maintains a potential amplitude of 25 V or less. The ionizer offers three types of emitter cartridges, including a high-speed static neutralization cartridge, an energy-saving static neutralization cartridge, and an energy-saving high-efficiency cartridge. Notably, static neutralization can be achieved even without air supply, making it a highly efficient solution for various industrial applications.
