The SMC IZTB40-34D36H is a versatile and efficient ionizer from the IZTB Series, designed for use with IZT40/41/42 bar units. This separate controller bar type ionizer features a newly added nozzle type from the IZT43 Series, allowing for enhanced functionality. The controller and high-voltage power supply module can be mounted separately, offering a space-saving design with dimensions of 37 mm in height and 30 mm in width for the bar type, and 16 mm in thickness, 53 mm in width, and 32 mm in height for the nozzle type. This ionizer is capable of controlling up to four ionizers with a single controller, ensuring efficient static neutralization with a potential amplitude of 25 V or less. It boasts a rapid neutralization speed of up to 0.1 seconds and offers three types of emitter cartridges: a high-speed static neutralization cartridge, an energy-saving static neutralization cartridge, and an energy-saving high-efficiency cartridge. Additionally, static neutralization can be achieved even without air supply, making it a highly adaptable solution for various industrial applications.
