The SMC KQ2H01-32A1 KQ2H Series Oval Type Inch Size One-touch Fittings Connection Thread is designed for versatile and efficient use in various applications. The fittings are available in two types of thread materials and surface treatments: untreated brass and brass with electroless nickel plating, allowing for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The fittings accommodate both circular and oval tubing with a variety of outer diameters, including metric sizes of 2, 3.2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16, as well as inch sizes of 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2". For oval tubing, the applicable sizes are metric 3.2, 4, and 6, and inch sizes of 1/8", 5/32", and 3/16".
The connection threads are versatile, supporting metric sizes M3, M5, and M6, as well as R, Rc, G, NPT, and Uni thread standards in various dimensions. The seal method options include sealant/gasket seal, face seal, and gasket seal for Uni threads, ensuring a secure and reliable connection in any application.
