This actuator can handle a maximum workload of 65 kg and offers positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. It meets ISO Class 4 clean specifications (ISO14644-1) for the 11-LEFS model, making it suitable for cleanroom applications. The LEFS Series also includes an AC Servo Motor option, providing high output with 100/200/400 W power capabilities. It boasts improved high-speed transfer ability and high acceleration/deceleration rates of up to 20000mm/S². The pulse input type and internal absolute encoder (for the LECSB/C/S) enhance its precision, with a high precision type offering positioning repeatability of ±0.01 mm.
