The SMC LEY16C-300 LEY Series Electric Actuator is a versatile and high-performance rod type step motor designed for precision and efficiency. With a servo motor operating at 24 VDC, this actuator offers a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. It features direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator is equipped with an auto switch for enhanced functionality and allows for speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. The positioning repeatability is an impressive ±0.02 mm or less, ensuring accuracy in every operation. Additionally, the actuator boasts a dust and drip-proof IP65 specification, making it suitable for challenging environments. Compatible with a variety of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, the LEY Series also includes an AC Servo Motor option with high output (100/200/400 W) for improved high-speed transfer and high acceleration compatibility (5,000 mm/S²). The pulse input type and internal absolute encoder further enhance its precision and reliability.
