The SMC LEY25A-200B LEY Series Electric Actuator is a versatile rod type step motor designed for precision and efficiency. Operating on a 24 VDC servo motor, it offers a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The actuator supports direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. It features an auto switch for enhanced functionality and allows for speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. The actuator boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification.
Compatible with a variety of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, the LEY Series also includes an AC Servo Motor option with high output (100/200/400 W) for improved high-speed transfer and high acceleration compatibility up to 5,000 mm/S². It features a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder for precise operations. The actuator is compatible with several drivers, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
