The SMC LEY25A-30 LEY Series Electric Actuator is a versatile rod type step motor designed for precision and efficiency. With a servo motor operating at 24 VDC, this actuator offers a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm, making it ideal for a variety of applications. It features direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and offers speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator with the rod pushing against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. Compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, the LEY Series also includes a high output AC servo motor option with improved high-speed transfer ability and high acceleration compatibility. The actuator is equipped with an internal absolute encoder and supports pulse input type, ensuring precise and reliable performance.
