The SMC LEY25AC-30 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and provides advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. It boasts a high positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification.
The LEY25AC-30 is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, JXC91, JXCP1, JXCD1, JXCL1, JXCM1, LECA6, LECP1, LECPA, and LECP6, although some models have been discontinued. The series also includes a high output motor option with power ratings of 100/200/400 W, enhancing high-speed transfer capabilities and supporting high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S². It features a pulse input type and comes with an internal absolute encoder for precise operations. The actuator is also compatible with various drivers such as LECSA, LECSB(-T), LECSC(-T), LECSS, LECSS-T, LECSN-T, and LECY, with some models no longer in production.
