The SMC LEY25B-100B-R5 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and provides advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, making it ideal for applications requiring the actuator to hold a position against a workpiece. With a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less, it ensures high precision. The actuator is built to withstand challenging environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. It is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, although some models have been discontinued. The LEY Series also includes high output AC servo motors with improved high-speed transfer ability and high acceleration compatibility, featuring an internal absolute encoder for precise positioning. Compatible drivers include LECSA, LECSB(-T), and others, with some models also discontinued.
