The SMC LEY25B-100BMD-R3 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It supports direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator is equipped with an auto switch for enhanced functionality and allows for speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification.
The LEY Series also features a high output AC servo motor available in 100, 200, or 400 W, enhancing high-speed transfer capabilities and supporting high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S². It includes a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder for precise operations. Compatible with a range of controllers and drivers, including JXC51, JXC61, and LECSA, this actuator is a reliable choice for various industrial applications.
