The SMC LEY25B-150C is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency in automation applications. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, allowing for easy integration into various systems. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and provides advanced speed control and positioning with up to 64 programmable points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to maintain the actuator's position while applying force to a workpiece. With a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less, it ensures high precision in operations. The actuator is built to withstand challenging environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. It is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, and more, although some models have been discontinued. Additionally, the LEY Series AC Servo Motor variant offers high output options (100/200/400 W), enhanced high-speed transfer capabilities, and high acceleration compatibility (5,000 mm/S2). It includes a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder for precise control. The actuator is also compatible with various drivers, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
