The SMC LEY32C-100 LEY Series Electric Actuator is a versatile and high-performance rod type step motor designed for precision and efficiency. With a servo motor operating at 24 VDC, this actuator offers a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. It features direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and offers advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, allowing the actuator to hold its position with the rod pushing against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. Compatible with a variety of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, the LEY Series also includes an AC Servo Motor option with high output (100/200/400 W) for improved high-speed transfer and high acceleration compatibility (5,000 mm/S2). The actuator is equipped with an internal absolute encoder and supports pulse input type, ensuring precise and reliable operation.
