The SMC LEY63RS8C-400B-S5 LEY63-AC Series Electric Actuator/Rod Type AC Servo Motor is designed for precision and versatility in industrial applications. This actuator features a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm, allowing for extensive reach and flexibility. It offers multiple mounting options, including direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, ensuring adaptability to various setups. Equipped with a 24 VDC servo motor, the actuator supports speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points, providing precise and customizable operation. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, making it possible to hold the actuator with the rod pushing against a workpiece. The actuator boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less, ensuring high accuracy in repetitive tasks. The LEY63-AC Series is built to withstand challenging environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. It is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, JXC91, JXCP1, JXCD1, JXCL1, JXCM1, LECA6, LECP1, LECPA, and LECP6, although some models have been discontinued. This high-output motor, available in 100/200/400 W, enhances high-speed transfer capabilities and supports high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S2. It includes a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder for reliable performance.
