The SMC LEY63S4C-100D-R2A21 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY63-AC Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type AC servo motor is equipped with a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It supports direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator is compatible with auto switches and allows for speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, making it possible to hold the actuator with the rod pushing against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and features a dust and drip-proof IP65 specification for enhanced durability. The actuator is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, although some models have been discontinued. The high output motor options (100/200/400 W) improve high-speed transfer ability and are compatible with high acceleration (5,000 mm/S2). It includes a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder, ensuring precise and reliable performance. The actuator is also compatible with various drivers, although some models are no longer manufactured.
