The SMC LEYG16MAA-200 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEYG Series, designed with a guide rod type step motor and a 24 VDC servo motor. This actuator is engineered for precision and durability, featuring a compact integration of guide rods that enhance lateral load resistance and ensure high non-rotating accuracy. It boasts a lateral end load capacity that is five times greater than traditional rod types, particularly in size 25 with a 100 stroke.
This actuator is compatible with both sliding and ball bushing bearings, making it suitable for applications requiring moment load and stopper capabilities. It offers advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points, allowing for precise positioning and pushing control. The actuator can maintain its position when pushing the rod against a workpiece, with a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less.
The LEYG16MAA-200 is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, JXC91, JXCP1, JXCD1, JXCL1, JXCM1, LECA6, LECP1, LECPA, and LECP6, although some models have been discontinued. Additionally, it features a high output motor with 100/200 W power, improved high-speed transfer capabilities, and is compatible with high acceleration/deceleration up to 5,000mm/S2. The actuator includes a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder, and it works with various drivers such as LECSA, LECSB(-T), LECSC(-T), LECSS, LECSS-T, LECSN-T, and LECY, with some models also discontinued.
