The SMC LEYG25MAA-300 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEYG Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This guide rod type step motor, powered by a 24 VDC servo motor, offers a compact integration of guide rods, ensuring exceptional lateral load resistance and high non-rotating accuracy. It boasts a lateral end load capacity that is five times greater than comparable rod types, particularly in size 25 with a 100 stroke. The actuator is compatible with both sliding and ball bushing bearings, making it suitable for moment load and stopper applications with sliding bearings.
With advanced speed control and positioning capabilities, the LEYG25MAA-300 can manage up to 64 positioning points, allowing for precise positioning and pushing control. It can securely hold the actuator when pushing the rod against a workpiece, achieving a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less. The actuator is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, JXC91, JXCP1, JXCD1, JXCL1, JXCM1, LECA6, LECP1, LECPA, and LECP6, although some models have been discontinued.
The LEYG Series also features a high output AC servo motor, available in 100/200 W, which enhances high-speed transfer capabilities and supports high acceleration/deceleration up to 5,000mm/S2. It includes a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder for precise control. Compatible drivers for this actuator include LECSA, LECSB(-T), LECSC(-T), LECSS, LECSS-T, LECSN-T, LECY, with some models also discontinued.
