The SMC LEYG25MDC-150F is a cutting-edge electric actuator from the LEYG Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This guide rod type step motor, powered by a 24 VDC servo motor, offers a compact integration of guide rods, ensuring exceptional lateral load resistance and high non-rotating accuracy. It boasts a lateral end load capacity that is five times greater than traditional rod types, specifically in size 25 with a 100 stroke. The actuator is compatible with both sliding and ball bushing bearings, making it versatile for various applications. It supports speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points, allowing for precise positioning and pushing control. The actuator can maintain its position when pushing the rod against a workpiece, with a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less. Compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, the LEYG Series also features a high output motor (100/200 W) for improved high-speed transfer capabilities and high acceleration/deceleration compatibility at 5,000mm/S2. It includes a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder, and is compatible with several drivers such as LECSA, LECSB(-T), and more.
