The SMC LEYG32MDA-100-R3 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEYG Series, designed with a guide rod type step motor and a 24 VDC servo motor. This compact actuator integrates guide rods to achieve exceptional lateral load resistance and high non-rotating accuracy, making it ideal for applications requiring precision and stability. It boasts a lateral end load capacity that is five times greater than traditional rod types, particularly in size 25 with a 100-stroke configuration.
The actuator is compatible with both sliding and ball bushing bearings, allowing it to handle moment loads and incorporate a stopper when using a sliding bearing. It offers advanced speed control and positioning capabilities, supporting up to 64 distinct points. Users can select between positioning and pushing control, with the ability to maintain the actuator's position when the rod is in contact with a workpiece. The positioning repeatability is impressively precise at ±0.02 mm or less.
Compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, JXCE1, and others, the LEYG Series also features a high output AC servo motor available in 100/200 W options. This motor enhances high-speed transfer capabilities and supports high acceleration and deceleration up to 5,000mm/S². The actuator includes a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder for precise control. It is compatible with various drivers such as LECSA, LECSB(-T), and LECSS, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
