The Turck PKG 4M-1-PSG 3M Cordset is a rugged, industrial-grade picofast® connection solution designed for compact sensor and actuator wiring applications. This assembly combines a PKG 4M series female connector and a PSG 3M series male connector, delivering reliable performance in harsh factory environments.

Constructed with PVC or PUR-jacketed cable options, both ends feature threaded coupling nuts and provide NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6P and IEC IP67 protection for use in washdown and outdoor conditions. The connectors are rated up to 125 VAC/VDC and handle 2–4 A of current depending on the configuration. The 4-wire PKG connector (brown, white, blue, black) and 3-wire PSG connector (brown, blue, black) support discrete signal and low-current power transmission in automation systems.

Multiple cable jacket and feature options are available, including:

• PVC yellow (flexlife®) for general use

• PUR black versions offering cut and abrasion immunity

• EMI/RFI shielded models for electrically noisy environments

• High-flex and flexlife-10® cables rated for over 10 million cycles

Standard cable diameters are 4.4 mm OD with conductor sizes ranging from 24–26 AWG, supporting flexible and durable field installation. The cordset is available in standard lengths from 2 to 10 meters, with custom options upon request.
