Your UR teach pendant is your primary interface for programming, troubleshooting, and changeovers. It also gets set down on ledges, bumped by carts, and handled by operators across every shift. The Pendant Armor is a form-fitted protective housing engineered specifically for the e-Series teach pendant — wrapping the unit in shock-absorbing material without obstructing any buttons, emergency stop, or connectors.

Screen Protector — Teach Pendant Touchscreen Film

The UR7e's 12" touchscreen is the interface operators use dozens of times per shift. Scratches, oils, coolant mist, and metal particulate accumulate fast in industrial environments — degrading readability and touch response over time. This precision-fit screen protector film creates a sacrificial protective layer over the touchscreen itself.

Why this matters operationally: A damaged teach pendant touchscreen is a production-stopping event. Replacement lead times can run days to weeks. The screen protector costs a fraction of a pendant repair and takes minutes to replace — not days.

Robotiq Force Copilot — Force-Sensing URCap License

The UR7e's e-Series architecture includes an embedded force/torque sensor in the wrist — capable of sensing contact, insertion resistance, and surface position in all six axes. Force Copilot is Robotiq's URCap software that unlocks that sensor for practical production use, surfacing it through an intuitive programming interface directly on the teach pendant.

Without Force Copilot, accessing force data requires raw URScript programming. With it, operators can configure force-sensitive tasks by entering parameters — no robotics programming background required.
